Step-by-Step Setup
Enable reminders
Go to Settings → Notifications → Payment Reminders. Toggle on. Reminders activate for all future invoices automatically.
Send an invoice
Create and send an invoice as normal. The reminder schedule starts automatically from the due date.

On day 3, 7, and 14 after due date, BillRyt sends a polite reminder to your client on your behalf.
Client pays via the link
Each reminder includes a Pay Now link. Client clicks, pays via Stripe or Paystack, invoice marked paid instantly.

By default reminders fire on day 3, 7, and 14, but you can create custom reminder rules with your own day offsets and email templates from Settings → Reminders.

Yes. Open the invoice and toggle Pause Reminders. Useful when a client has agreed a payment extension.
