Do you charge per team member?
No. The Agency plan includes up to 15 team members at no per-seat cost. Invite Owners, Admins, and Staff freely — the price is the same whether you have 2 people or 15.
Can I bill clients in different currencies?
Yes. Set each invoice's currency independently, and collect via your connected Stripe and Paystack accounts. Your dashboard shows revenue broken down by currency, never mixed together.
What happens if I downgrade?
You keep read access to documents you already created for 30 days after a downgrade, so nothing disappears overnight. Creating new documents on the higher-tier features stops at downgrade.
