Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The BillRyt Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to BillRyt. By joining the program, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

To join the affiliate program you must:

• Have an active BillRyt account in good standing
• Accept these affiliate program terms
• Be located in a country where we can process payouts
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of BillRyt staff

3. Commission Structure

Commission depends on how the customer you refer chooses to pay:

• Monthly-billed customers earn you a recurring commission — a fresh 25% of their monthly plan price for each month they stay subscribed, for up to 12 months per customer.
• Annual-billed customers earn you a single one-time commission of 25% of the annual plan price — not a recurring monthly amount.

Commissions are calculated on the plan price before payment-gateway fees, and are only generated when a referred customer makes a real payment — never on free-plan signups. Each commission is held as pending for the period shown above before it becomes approved and payable.

4. Payout Rules

• Minimum payout threshold: $20 USD
• Payouts are processed upon request once the threshold is reached
• Processing time: 1-5 business days after approval
• Available payout methods: Bank Transfer, M-Pesa, Paystack, and Binance Pay. We do not currently support PayPal.
• Choose your payout method and provide the corresponding account details from your affiliate dashboard when you request a payout

5. Reversal Policy

• Refund or cancellation within 30 days of the customer converting: the related pending/approved commissions are reversed. This is an early-fraud safeguard.
• Refund or cancellation after 30 days: commissions already earned are honoured; only future recurring commissions stop.
• Chargeback or payment dispute: the commission for that payment is reversed regardless of timing.
• Subscription cancellation: future commissions stop from the cancellation date; past approved commissions are honoured.

6. Fraud Policy

• Self-referral: Strictly prohibited. Using your own affiliate link to sign up for a paid plan will result in immediate account termination and commission forfeiture
• Fake accounts: Creating fake accounts to generate commissions is prohibited
• IP velocity: Three or more signups from the same IP address via the same affiliate link will be flagged for manual review
• Misleading promotion: Promoting BillRyt with false claims is prohibited

7. Termination

BillRyt reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, pending commissions that have not yet reached the payout threshold may be forfeited. Approved commissions that have already reached the threshold will be paid.

8. Changes to These Terms

BillRyt may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation in the program after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
